right to make alterations to
departure or completion times,
reducing the extent of a tour etc.,
that we deem necessary due to road,
river and/or weather conditions or
other conditions beyond our control. RnR White Water Rafting has the
right to decline participation based
on safety reasons.

this website are per person in
Australian Dollars and are effective
unless amended from 01/04/2007 until
31/03/2008.
All prices are correct at publishing

Booking Conditions
For reservations
or further enquiries please
contact us. To
safeguard against possible supplier
imposed cancellations fees, the
following Deposits, Final Payment
and Cancellation guidelines are
recommended.
Deposits
& Final Payments
A deposit per booking is normally
required within 7 days of
confirmation to secure your
reservation. Failure to pay the
necessary deposit within 7 days may
result in the cancellation of
booking. Additional fees are payable
on day of travel for some tours,
refer to itineraries for details.
Travel
Insurance
Travel insurance is regarded as
essential as it protects against
sickness, loss of luggage in certain
circumstances, extra costs are
charged due to unexpected
circumstances.
Cancellation & Refunds
If a booking is terminated earlier
than expected for whatever reason, a
cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation fees are normally
charged under the following
conditions:

Booking cancelled prior to final
payment
Deposit refunded less a
processing fee.

Bookings cancelled after final
payment
A cancellation fee plus any
cancellation fees imposed by
supplier/s providing service/s.
All bookings inside 7 days do
incur supplier imposed
cancellation fees which can be
as high as 100% of all monies
paid. Bookings cancelled within
24 hours and no shows will incur
a 100% cancellation fee.
