Responsibility

Any adventure travel involves an element of risk. Each participant must accept responsibility for their own safety and their property. Passengers will be asked to sign a liability waiver form before their trip. Children under 18 years of age require a Parents or Guardians counter signature on the waiver form. To raft all passengers must be able to fit into supplied life jackets. Passengers with a disability must contact RnR directly to assess their ability to raft and any necessary additional cost for extra safety provision. It is recommended that passengers take out their own travel insurance before participating as it protects against sickness, accident, loss of luggage and extra costs and charges due to unexpected circumstances.

 

Age Limits

The minimum age for white water rafting is 13 years

There is no maximum age limit

Terms and Conditions

RnR White Water Rafting reserves the right to make alterations to departure or completion times, reducing the extent of a tour etc., that we deem necessary due to road, river and/or weather conditions or other conditions beyond our control. RnR White Water Rafting has the right to decline participation based on safety reasons.

 
Prices

 

Prices listed on this website are per person in Australian Dollars and are effective unless amended from 01/04/2007 until 31/03/2008. All prices are correct at publishing but may be subject to change. All prices are recommended retail rates and inclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST).

Prices do not include:

  • Meals unless indicated

  • Items of a personal nature (e.g. alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, gratuities)

  • Pay on board (POB)

  • Levies (EMC, Land Management & Water Release Levy, APFL & AI) - See descriptions under Payable Levies.

*  $25 Levy is for Land Management fees, government charges and taxes, dam water release and part recovery of public risk insurance (required permit conditions) is payable on the day of travel. The "Rafting Levy" may differ from that published on this web page on the day of travel because of increase in any one or more of the levy components described on this web page.

RnR White Water Rafting reserves the right to change or cancel a trip at any time subject to adverse weather and safety conditions. All prices are correct publishing but may be subject to change. Valid from 01/04/2006 until 31/03/2007.

 
Booking Conditions

For reservations or further enquiries please contact us. To safeguard against possible supplier imposed cancellations fees, the following Deposits, Final Payment and Cancellation guidelines are recommended.

Deposits & Final Payments
A deposit per booking is normally required within 7 days of confirmation to secure your reservation. Failure to pay the necessary deposit within 7 days may result in the cancellation of booking. Additional fees are payable on day of travel for some tours, refer to itineraries for details.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is regarded as essential as it protects against sickness, loss of luggage in certain circumstances, extra costs are charged due to unexpected circumstances.

Cancellation & Refunds
If a booking is terminated earlier than expected for whatever reason, a cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fees are normally charged under the following conditions:

  • Booking cancelled prior to final payment
    Deposit refunded less a processing fee.

  • Bookings cancelled after final payment
    A cancellation fee plus any cancellation fees imposed by supplier/s providing service/s. All bookings inside 7 days do incur supplier imposed cancellation fees which can be as high as 100% of all monies paid. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours and no shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
